Q.Are the classes suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners?
A. Yes, our classes are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors are experienced in providing modifications and alternative exercises to ensure that everyone can participate safely and effectively. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to challenge yourself, our classes offer a welcoming environment for all. Additionally, if you prefer more personalised guidance getting started, our Personal Training sessions could also be perfect for you.

Q. Are there any age restrictions?
A. We welcome participants of all ages to attend our classes. However, for participants under the age of 16, we require them to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We believe in empowering the younger generation to enjoy fitness and consider it a great example to set

Q. Do i have to book in for a class?
A. Yes please! If you've signed up online you can use our online booking page or download the PTMinder App. You can also get in touch and we can book you into any classes. Check our our timetable page for a video on how to book classes using PT Minder.

Q.What are your membership options?

Q.What amenities are available?

Q.Can I put my membership on hold?
A. Of course, with 1 weeks written notice, we can pause any membership for a minimum of two weeks. To do so, just email info@thehunterhealthproject.com.au

Q. I need some recovery, how do I book in?
A. Just like our class, all our recovery sessions can be booked via the PTMinder App
