Matty Mac is the proud owner and creator of THHP. Not only is he Head Coach, he’s also very well known as the ‘hype man’. No matter how busy he is, you’ll always find him pushing someone to be their best self or gallivanting around the gym most days!
Matty is very passionate about helping people to achieve the best in health and fitness. He has a lot of energy and good vibes that he loves injecting into the people around him.

Zoe (Coach Zo)

Zoe’s fitness journey is anything but ordinary. Unlike many, she didn’t always have a passion for fitness. It all changed when she turned 22 and stumbled upon an all-women’s circuit gym. What started as a simple 30-minute workout 3 days a week became an obsession. Zoe left her accounting career to become a PT and group fitness trainer!
Fast forward 9 years, and Zoe is more passionate than ever about her coaching. Her focus has always been on instilling a love for fitness in clients and she is dedicated to encouraging a stronger mindset and fostering love for your body.
Zoe always wants to work together to achieve your goals, no matter how big or small, because she knows firsthand the transformative power of falling in love with fitness.


Jayden (Jay Money)

Growing up as a ‘chubby kid’, Jayden was far from interested in exercise at a young age...pretty ironic. Being introduced to the gym during his early teens however, sparked a passion in him that would lead to a drive in finding a career within the fitness industry.
Having completed his degree in Exercise and Sports Science, alongside being a qualified Personal Trainer, Jaydens goal is to help people find their own passion in an active lifestyle while encouraging a holistic approach to wellness.
Emma (Hardsey)
Certificate III Group Fitness & Certificate IV Personal Training
Emma's been a qualified PT and gym coach for the last 6 years. Following a health scare in her mid twenties, she became heavily invested in her fitness as a way to reclaim her health, with a new lease on life.
As a coach, Em gets so much joy from witnessing others become more confident within themselves after remaining consistent at the gym and learning healthier lifestyle habits.
Her goal as a trainer is not only to help others become healthier and happier, but to assist them in creating a lifestyle that is balanced, whilst making them feel welcome and at home in the gym.
