OUR CLASSES
FIT CLASS
Our FIT classes are an awesome combination of the best bits of crossfit style metabolic conditioning training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) all rolled into a fun & functional session, that is scalable to no matter what your fitness level is. Just like our strong classes, we have the same program for two weeks and sometimes they are altered to be 'extra fun' the second time around.
STRONG CLASS
In our strong classes, we periodically mix between strength based weight training and muscular hypertrophy training. These classes are twice a week on a Tuesday and Thursday, which are a combination of upper and lower body. We perform the same program for 2 weeks and then change it to not only keep it interesting for your mind, but for your body as well!
WEEKEND SIZZLE & REPLAY
Kickstart Your Weekend with a Bang! Join us for our signature Saturday Sizzle class, where every session is a surprise packed with excitement. Whether it's a dynamic blend of strongman or high-intensity interval training , or even a laid-back core workout to ease into the weekend, you're guaranteed an energizing start to your Saturday with our amazing crew.
Cant make Ssaturday? Well we replay the session again on Sunday morning! No more fear of missing the fun!
