Fitness for NDIS Participants
THHP believes that everyone deserves the right to be the healthiest and happiest version of themselves, regardless of ability or disability. We are committed to providing inclusive and accessible fitness programs that empower individuals living with disabilities to take control of their health and wellbeing.
Current NDIS Services:

NDIS 1:1 Personal Training
- Flexible session lengths: 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes
- Tailored programming to meet individual goals, such as weight loss, strength building, conditioning, social and community engagement, improving overall health, or building self-esteem through movement.

NDIS Shared PT Sessions
- Small group training options: 1:2 or 1:3 (ratios depend on participant numbers and availability)

Recovery Sessions
- Access to our recovery facilities, including ice baths, saunas, and compression boots, to support overall health and wellbeing.
NDIS Participant Information
We proudly offer our NDIS personal training services to participants who are self-managed or plan-managed with their NDIS funding. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide services to participants managed by NDIA (agency-managed).
Training Focus and Approach
At THHP, we offer flexible, personalised training programs that address various needs and goals, including:

- Boosting self-esteem through movement
Support Worker Attendance
Support workers are welcome to attend PT or group sessions to provide assistance. Our goal is for all participants to feel confident, comfortable, and at ease during their time with THHP.
