FIT CLASS

Our FIT classes are an awesome combination of the best bits of crossfit style metabolic conditioning training, High Intensity Interval Training or (HIIT) rolled into a fun & functional session that is scalable to no matter what you fitness level is.

STRENGTH CLASS

In our strong classes we periodically mix between strength based weight training and muscular hypertrophy training. We do an upper body and lower body weight day each week. We perform the same program for 2 weeks and then change it to not only keep it interesting for your mind but for your body as well!

Matt and the team have created an awesome environment where you can chase your fitness goals.They’ve got a great team of coaches who always make you feel welcome.It’s not an “ego” gym where you can sometimes feel intimidated by the people who train there, it’s more of a lifestyle gym that is great for anyone as it caters for various fitness levels.I really enjoy the crossover between strength training and cardio as I’m not one who wants to go to the gym and throw around heavy weights, but I also don’t want to spend hours on a treadmill mindlessly burning off last weekends beers and pizza. Starting out? No problem. The coaches will show you the correct form for each exercise so you don’t hurt yourself.Old hand? Turn up and give it a try, you’ll be impressed.Session times are spread out so you can get there before or after work, or after you drop the kids at school. Would definitely recommend.
